I was just in Amsterdam at the Next 5 Minutes Festival of Tactical Media presenting Wifi-Hog @ the Tactical Tool-Builders Fair in the basement of the Paradiso (pic above of the setup). The fair was organized by Adam Hyde of Radioqualia, and provided a glimpse of a few interesting projects meant to stimulate debate about future of civil (and un-civil) disobedience. The festival was pretty comprehensive looking at all the work being done in creating politically motivated projects that not only exist as artisitic interventions, but actually make a difference in people’s lives.
